In our experience when you instruct a letting agent, the most important thing you want is to be kept informed and up-to-date throughout the whole process and not being left in the dark about what is happening. We understand this is an integral part of our service to you our client. Should you decide to instruct Town & Country Lettings, we will keep you updated with regular marketing reports by either telephone call or email.
Once we have found a tenant for your property, you will be given a progress report every step of the way by a member of our dedicated team.
Key Account Manager
For Landlords with multiple properties, we are able to offer the services of a Key Acccount Manager. This is a Senior member of the team dedicated to your account who will personally provide you with regular updates and communication regarding your property. *This service is subject to a minimum number of properties signed up to the Fully Managed Service
